When approved, our fulfillment team will assemble, package, and ship your portrait within 2-4 business days. The delivery time will vary on your region, as the U.S. shipping time is between 5-9 business days and international shipping is between 6-12 business days from when the portrait is shipped from our fulfillment center. We check all pet photos as we receive new orders. If there's an issue, we'll contact you via email to request more photos of your pet(s).
