When you place your order with us, the name of your pet(s) and the photo(s) that you upload will be sent to our art team to be illustrated.
Once your artwork is finished, we will email you the results, to be either accepted or rejected by you. Please be sure to give us the correct email address you want your proofing sent to.
If you accept the design, we will send it to our manufacturer to be processed. If you reject the design, tell us how we can make it better for you until it is perfect!

The proofing process will take 1-3 business days, and will be sent to you via email for approval or rejection.
If you reject the design, please tell us what we need to change to make it perfect for you.
Once you confirm that you are satisfied, please allow 2-4 business days for your portrait to be assembled, packaged, and shipped out.

We are confident that you will love your pet portrait, but if you have any issues within 30 days, do not worry. Please reach out to us and we will either exchange, or refund you for your order.
The first step is to design your portrait. Choose the background and the frame color, fill in your pet's name, and upload their best photo. When finished, place the order.
From there, our artists will get to work. Once they have completed your design, it will be sent to your email address for your approval. Once you are satisfied, we will then ship your order out.

When you first place your order, expect to receive an email within 1-3 days with your portrait's proofing. When approved, our fulfillment team will assemble, package, and ship your portrait within 2-4 business days. The delivery time will vary on your region, as the U.S. shipping time is between 5-9 business days and international shipping is between 6-12 business days from when the portrait is shipped from our fulfillment center. For any questions on this process, do not hesitate to reach out.
We will send you an email 1-3 days with your proofing, after it has been finished. From there you can decide whether to accept it, or request any revisions that you need to be made to the design. If we do not hear anything back after 3 days we will auto-accept your proofing so that there are no delays in your order delivery.
We check all pet photos as we receive new orders. If there's an issue, we'll contact you via email to request more photos of your pet(s).
The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash) and at eye level with your pet.
There is no limit to the amount of revisions that you can make to your portrait design! We will verify if the photo is to your satisfaction, and if it isn't we will revise upon request.
Yes! So far, we have shipped over 10,000 pet portraits around the world. Every package is tracked and fully insured in case of any loss or damage in the shipping process.
